Moosehead LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates moosehead.biz and the PrintTracker application for macOS. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Website

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry — we don’t add you to a mailing list or share it with third parties. This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies; we rely on basic, privacy-respecting analytics provided by our hosting platform to understand traffic patterns.

PrintTracker (macOS App)

PrintTracker stores all of your data — 3D model files, print history, filament inventory, and printer profiles — locally on your Mac. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data. PrintTracker does not include analytics, crash reporting, or any network connection to our servers, except when you explicitly choose to import a model from a third-party site (e.g. Printables, Thingiverse, MakerWorld), in which case your device contacts that third-party site directly to fetch the model details — we never see that request.

Third-Party Services

If you import models from external platforms, those platforms’ own privacy policies govern any data exchanged during that process.

Children’s Privacy

This site and PrintTracker are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
